About Me

My name is Kirk Tirakian. I have been interested in aviation probably since I found a dead sparrow on the ground when I was 3 or 4 and asked my dad if I could touch it. I was obviously told to not do that.
My real interest began in the 4th grade when I got the book “Greatest Aces of World War 1″. I read it cover to cover and it was the first book I remember doing that with. It sparked my interest in reading and military aviation. I memorized the planes like others memorized their favorite ball players.
I also read about the men and women who flew these great planes. Oftentimes over and over again. This website is dedicated to my cousin “Uncle Eddie” Torossian who was one of those men and part of the Greatest Generation.I would like to offer the service to other families and friends who have loved ones who are/were Vets whose story deserves to be told.
Contact me below if I can help or at (586) 298-1103.I can also help you with your personal blog or business website. See more of my work at FlyingMustang.net.Thank You.
